Reve Campus Collective

Run a Reve Workshop

A club gives you fifteen minutes of their meeting and you turn it into forty five. You demo Reve live, walk the room through making one thing, and send everyone home on the student plan. No theme, no judging, no prizes, just the fastest way to put Reve in a lot of hands at once.

Run one, start to finish

Claim a slot in a club meeting

A workshop is a guest segment inside a meeting that is already happening, so you do not book a room or build a crowd from scratch.

  • Ask for the time. Forty five minutes of an existing club meeting is the whole ask.
  • Slot it where people are settled. A spot after announcements beats the first five minutes of a meeting.
  • Keep your signup link on it. The meeting is theirs, the segment and the signups are yours.

Line up the club to co-host

One club hosts the meeting and you bring Reve. Pick a club whose members already make things so the demo lands.

  • Pick a making crowd. Design, CS, film, and entrepreneurship clubs get the most out of it.
  • Offer the deal. Their board gets free Reve Pro for the term and the program can fund the club's own events through your grant.
  • Confirm the basics. A date, a room, and roughly how many people will be there.

Submit the event brief

The one approval gate, and the only way to get credits so the room can actually try Reve. Keep it short, a workshop is a light ask.

  • Mark it a workshop. Note the club, the meeting date, and your honest headcount.
  • Size the credits to the room. Credits are matched to your headcount so everyone has fuel to make something live.
  • Skip prizes and judging. A workshop has neither, so there is nothing else to request.

Prep your demo and your link

Light prep. One make you can teach in ten minutes, your signup link ready to show, and the room set to follow along.

  • Pick one make. Choose a single thing you can build live and the room can copy on their own screens.
  • Have the signup link ready. On a slide, on a QR sign, and on any laptop you pass around.
  • Add a Luma page only if you want a headcount. For a workshop inside a meeting it is optional, the club already has the crowd.

Demo, then teach the room to make

Forty five minutes, in order. Show what Reve does, then put it in their hands and make the ask once.

  • Open on something striking and say everything on the screen was typed.
  • Show the three that land. Text on an image, native 4K detail, then change one region of a finished image. Editing is the product, so show it.
  • Walk them through one make on their own screens using the credits from your brief.
  • Drop your school signup link on every screen and the QR sign so signups credit your campus.
  • Make the ask once near the end. The student plan takes thirty seconds with a school email.
  • Optionally state the one claim. Reve V2 debuted at number two on the Arena.ai text to image leaderboard, up 125 Elo over v1.5.

Wrap up and send your recap

Close the loop while it is fresh. A workshop recap is short.

  • Attendance. Roughly how many people sat in.
  • Signups. How many claimed the student plan through your link.
  • Photos. A shot or two of the room and the screen.
  • Receipts. Photograph anything you spent and email it to education@reve.art with your school in the subject line.
