Run one, start to finish
Six steps, in order. Each one links to its full guide in the help center.
Find a high-traffic spot
A table only works where people already walk. Pick the slot first, everything else follows.
- Aim for a moment. Club fairs, involvement nights, orientation, and back to school week put a crowd in front of you for free.
- Pick the quad as a fallback. A busy walkway at midday works when no fair is on. More foot traffic beats more space.
- Keep it light. Two to four hours is plenty. You do not need a full day to drive signups.
Claim your table
Most spots run through someone. Get on the list before it fills.
- Ask the fair organizer. Student affairs or the club running the fair assigns tables, so request one early.
- Or share a club's table. A partner club can bring you onto their spot, and their board gets free Reve Pro for the term.
- Confirm the basics. A table, two chairs, and a power outlet near your spot are all you need.
Request credits and your kit
Send a short brief so the program team can size your credits and get your link and signs ready.
- Send the brief. List your date, your spot, and a headcount estimate so the program team can size credits to the foot traffic you expect.
- Get your signup link ready. It arrives in your welcome email and on your HQ, and every signup runs through it.
- Print a QR sign. Point a plain QR at your signup link until the design kit ships printable table tents.
Set up the table
A few minutes of setup decides whether people stop. Make the screen the magnet.
- Face the laptop out. Turn the screen toward foot traffic and keep an image generating or editing the whole time.
- Stand the QR sign up. Put your signup link where anyone can scan it without talking to you.
- Lay out the basics. A second charged laptop, a sticker or flyer to hand out, and your link on every machine.
Demo, then make the ask
Catch a passerby with the screen, show one quick thing, then point them at your link. Repeat all day.
- Lead with editing. Generate something, then change one region, the sky, the headline, the outfit. That edit is the moment people get it.
- Keep each demo short. Sixty seconds is plenty. A line is forming behind every person you talk to.
- Make the ask every time. Tell them the Student plan takes thirty seconds with a school email, then point at the QR. Use fictional brand names only in any image you make.
Pack up and send your recap
Close the loop while the numbers are fresh.
- Count signups the same day. Pull the number from your link redemptions while you remember the day.
- Send the recap. Rough headcount, signups, and a photo or two of the table in action.
- Send receipts. Photograph anything you bought and email it to education@reve.art within two weeks, with your school name in the subject line.
